1. About these terms

These terms apply to the FRMZ app and this website, provided by Craft Digital, New Delhi, India. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FRMZ is currently coming soon on iOS and Android. Descriptions of app features and paid services apply when those services are made available. Store availability, device compatibility, and features may vary.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s consent or supervision, obtain it before using the service or making a purchase.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Tell us at business@craftdigital.co.in if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Some editing features work locally, while account sync and other connected features require an internet connection and available services. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or respond to breaches of these terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Your photos and creations

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other original content you bring to FRMZ. You grant Craft Digital the limited permission needed to store, process, render, sync, and transmit that content to provide the features you choose.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use your content, including permission from people depicted where required. Creating an export does not give you ownership of third-party materials used in it.

Keep copies of your original photos and important exports. Local data can be lost through device failure, removal of app data, or sign-out. Cloud sync is not a guarantee against data loss, and interrupted uploads may not be available on another device.

4. The app, templates, and assets

Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase, you may use FRMZ and its available templates, fonts, and stickers to create your own compositions. Craft Digital and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of the app, branding, templates, and supplied assets.

Do not extract or redistribute supplied artwork as a standalone asset collection, resell templates, or claim ownership of third-party materials. Third-party fonts, sample photography, and other materials remain subject to their applicable licences. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use is covered.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use FRMZ to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create or distribute unlawful content, harass others, impersonate someone deceptively, or exploit children. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or bypass access or subscription controls.

These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits. We may investigate misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access or complying with lawful requests.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

FRMZ may offer paid features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. The store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, included benefits, and any trial conditions before you confirm. No purchase can be made from this landing page.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled under the relevant store’s rules. Manage or cancel them through your Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. Removing FRMZ or deleting your FRMZ account does not cancel a subscription.

Payments, refund requests, and billing disputes are handled under the rules of the store that processed the purchase and applicable consumer law. See Apple’s refund instructions or Google Play’s refund guidance. Nothing here removes any mandatory refund rights.

Use the app’s restore-purchases feature with the store account used for the purchase. Contact business@craftdigital.co.in for help with access to paid features.

7. Availability and changes

We may update FRMZ, change features, or perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that exports will appear identically in every third-party app. Check your preview and exported files before publishing.

Third-party services, including app stores, cloud providers, and sharing destinations, operate under their own terms. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and store requirements.

8. Ending use and account deletion

You may stop using FRMZ at any time. Export anything you wish to keep before signing out or removing app data. To request account and associated data deletion, email business@craftdigital.co.in from your account email where possible.

The in-app Delete account action deactivates account access; it does not immediately erase all cloud data. See the privacy policy’s account and data deletion section for the request process and retention details. Manage paid subscriptions separately through your store.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse or as required by law. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Terms that by their nature continue to apply, including ownership and outstanding payment obligations, survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FRMZ is provided on an “as available” basis without additional promises that it will be error-free or meet every particular need. You remain responsible for the content you create, its use, and maintaining your own backups.

To the extent permitted by law, Craft Digital is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer protections, or excuses fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections or rights available under the laws applicable to you. This does not remove your right to approach a competent court, consumer forum, or regulator.

Please contact business@craftdigital.co.in with a description of any concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not restrict your statutory remedies.

11. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice or seek agreement when required by law. Changes apply from the communicated effective date.
